Four members of the Bonar Yarns Team are taking part in The EMF Hairy Haggis Team Relay on the 25th May at 10am, giving the Bonar Yarns team an opportunity to take part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival and allowing them to be involved in a sponsored charity marathon.
The Team “Bonar Blades of Glory” will be raining money for the Charity, Action for Duchenne. The 26.2 miles is split into four legs, meaning that each team member will run one leg each to complete the Team Marathon and raise as much money as possible for Action Duchenne, as well as enhancing team Morale.
Leg 1: The Royal Leg – 8.3 miles (Steven Dora)
Leg 2: The Cock & Pan Leg – 5.5 miles (Laura Dover)
Leg 3: The Gosford Leg – 8 miles (Jacki Stephen)
Leg 4: The Glory Leg – 4.4 miles (Raymond Denyer)
The amount of support that ‘Bonar Blades of Glory’ has already received from other staff members, friends and family is phenomenal.
